(Last Week: 0-4)

If you’re still reading this, can I ask why you enjoy torture so much? In the most obvious manner in which I can put it, last week has been rough. This has just been a continuation of a tough start for your boy. I just can’t seem to see the board as clearly as I would like and for that I apologize.

But, the nice thing about the NFL season is that we get 15 more weeks to try and right the ship. So, there’s no better time than right now to get it going and to start winning some actual money!

Last week showed me that the Dolphins are for real (Prayers up to Tua) and the Eagles are for sure a contender in the NFC. Also, my over/under predictions have been “TURRIBLE” (-Charles Barkley).

But, we’ve been in the lab and trying to find the right numbers and lines for this week and I have a few best bets that I feel could help us get this thing turned back around.

Favorite – Minnesota Vikings (-3) vs New Orleans Saints (London)

Everyone knows how well Kirk Cousins plays in Prime Time games, but how about early morning games? The Vikings are taking on a depleted Saints offense that could possibly be without Jameis, Jarvis Landry, and Michael Thomas. I think the Vikings’ defense could feast on Andy Dalton if Jameis is out. Give me the Vikings.

Underdog – Tennessee Titans (+3.5) at the Indianapolis Colts

This game is the epitome of an overreaction. The Colts came out last week and were in a Do or Die spot against the Chiefs and pulled out a win after Matt Amendola forgot how to kick. The Titans have had a rough start to the season but pulled out a victory against the Raiders last week. Give me the hook and I think the Titans can definitely win outright.

Over – Chicago Bears/New York Giants 0ver 39.5

Low number. Two not-so-good defenses. Two offenses that will be looking to move to 3-1. Look for Khalil Herbert to have a big game if David Montgomery is out. (Just manifesting that into existence as I have Herbert stashed on my bench since the draft…)

Under – Arizona Cardinals/Carolina Panthers under 43.5

A long trip east for the Cardinals. Panthers’ offense has looked underwhelming all season and McCaffrey is banged up. The weather could also play a factor here. Look for this game to go under.

Here’s to righting the ship and getting it moved in the correct direction!

Best of luck!

Tim
