Much like white-water rafting, life sometimes throws your curve balls. I’ve been M.I.A. for two weeks but as my waters settle, I’m able to get back on here and ramble to you beautiful beings. I won’t waste your time with small talk, let us dive in and see what treasure we can find for your streaming needs this week.

QB: Drew Lock v. Atlanta Falcons (20 percent rostered on Yahoo!): There have been massive waves of disappointment for Drew Lock through this year so far; however, he just returned from a shoulder injury and has got comfortable on the field again. We saw it in the second half of week 8 verse the Los Angeles Chargers when Drew threw for three touchdowns. He finished QB7 last week and has a very good chance to keep that momentum going verse an Atlanta defense who ranks worst against opposing fantasy quarterbacks. Let him dance his way into your lineup, and you may dance your way into a Week 9 win.

D/ST: Washington Football Team v. New York Giants (65 percent rostered on Yahoo!): I usually try to keep the roster-ship percentage for these lower but with WFT just coming off a bye week, you may get lucky and still find them on waivers. The Football Team has been a sneaky D/ST play all season and now face a Giants’ offense that is struggling. Washington has already faced NYG once this season and were able to pick off Daniel Jones once and pair that with one sack, while the Giant’s only scored 14 points. I expect a well-rested Washington defense to give the Giants and Daniel Jones plenty of trouble.

K: Jason Sanders v Arizona Cardinals (16 percent rostered on Yahoo!): I’ll keep this short and sweet. Jason Sanders is still perfect on the year going 15 for 15 on field goals. As long as Tua can get Miami into Cardinal territory before being stalled by the Cardinals red zone defense, Sanders could be looking at a pretty good game this week.
